My daughter was born with a rare skin condition and we tend not to request touchups as other photography companies have completely erased her condition (erasing her condition is not what we are looking for - at all).

Alicia was so kind and understanding and handled my request with such grace. She didn’t even hesitate and absolutely celebrated my daughter’s condition. Alicia said she was just doing her job. But trust me, the way she handled my request was so kind and supportive. She’s fantastic. You’ve got a great customer service member on your team!! Thank you for hiring such an awesome employee.
