Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Full payment for your session is due at time of booking. You may reschedule your session with no rescheduling fee. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your session to receive a full refund.

Weather

In the case of bad weather such as rain and thunderstorm, you will be able to reschedule your appointment at no cost. - - Applies to Outdoor Sessions Only!

Punctuality

If you are late to your Session, photography will begin at your arrival and end at the scheduled end time. At the Photographer's discretion, the Session may continue beyond the scheduled end time if it does not interfere with other appointments. Geskus will not grant refunds due to lateness or no-shows. Geskus is not responsible for reduced number of images in your gallery due to lateness.

Delivery Schedule

Geskus will deliver your Photographs no later than 3 weeks after your Session via an online gallery. Prints and other physical product will be delivered no later than 4 weeks after the order is confirmed.

Creative Discretion

Geskus reserves the right to edit the Photographs in its discretion and may not offer all images taken to you. Geskus reserves the right to edit and release only those Photographs deemed creditable as professional in quality and within our artistic standards. Geskus does not make any guarantee that requested photos are taken or delivered.

Copyright

The Photographs produced by Geskus are protected by Federal Copyright Law and Geskus retains the sole and exclusive ownership of the images. Geskus grants the Client a license to use the Photographs for unlimited personal use including sharing with family and friends, and for use in your school's yearbook.

Limit of Liability

Geskus will endeavor to produce and deliver Photographs of your Session but is not responsible for photos not taken or delivered due to weather conditions, behavior of subjects, lack of available light, location restrictions, other cameras or flashes, or other conditions beyond the control of the Photographer. Liability is limited to a full refund of the session.

Photographer Safety

Our Photographer reserves the right to terminate the session and leave the location of the Session if the Photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from any person(s) at the Session; or if the safety of the Photographer is in question. Geskus will not grant refunds in this situation.
